Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking Terms

  • Upon confirmation: 50% of payment is collected from the total accommodation.
  • 30 days pre-arrival: the 50% balance of the total accommodation is collected.
  • No commission is payable in respect of meal plans. All guests are required to purchase a meal plan even if meals are unused.
  • Please state arrival and departure times and flight numbers if available at time of booking.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
  • Cards accepted at this hotel AMEX, VISA and Master-card
  • Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.


Resort Policies

  • Check- in time is at 2.00 pm on the day of arrival
  • Checkout time is at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
  • Should a room be required for guaranteed immediate check-in prior to 2.00 pm, a full night’s rate will apply for per-registration.
  • Late checkout until 6 pm can be provided on request at 50% off the contract rate subject to availability.
  • Checkout after 6 pm will incur a full night’s rate.
  • Day use rooms can be provided at 50% off the contract rate between 10 am and 6 pm. A full night’s charge will apply for check-in prior to 10 am and checkout after 6 pm.
  • All further older children or adults are charged FJD 99.00 per night for extra beds.
  • The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.



Oarsman’s Bay Lodge has the right to cancel or amend any booking subject to sea weather conditions and for safety reasons in the interest of our guests.



  • We encourage and recommend all our guests to have travel insurance prior to their journey.
  • Oarsman’s Bay Lodge will not be responsible for any property loss or damage and/or any claims resulting from personal injury or death arising whilst travelling to, staying and travelling from Oarsman’s Bay Lodge. This disclaimer applies irrespective of the cause.
  • All travel to Oarsman’s Bay Lodge is weather dependent. Oarsman’s Bay Lodge, is not responsible for any missed travel connections as a result of delayed transport services.
  • Oarsman’s Bay Lodge is not responsible for any other third-party agents (retail, wholesale and online travel agents) in bookings and transfers to and from Oarsman’s Bay Lodge.



  • All cancellations request must be received in writing by Oarsman’s Bay Lodge reservations team on, .
  • Cancellation outside 30 days prior to a guest’s arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Within 29 days of arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • PEAK DATES: 100% cancellation fee will apply at any time after booking on the following dates: 18 December to 3 Jan 2023.
