CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE DUE TO COVID-19 TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS (REVISED AS OF 21 MARCH 2020).
Recognising the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and well-being of our guests and employees. With that in mind, we have made changes to our cancellation policy.
We know that flexibility is what our guests are looking for right now so, we are letting you change your travel dates should you be booked to stay with us between 15 March and 30 June 2020. We’ll work with you to rebook your travel to an available date within 12 months of your original travel date and your deposit will be retained as a credit for your future travel date. Please be aware that depending on your new travel dates, there may be rate differences.
For bookings staying beyond 1 July 2020, our current cancellation policy applies as below:
Cancellation outside 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Within 29 days of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
For Special Event dates: 18 December 2020 to 3 January 2021 – 100% cancellation.
However, we will continue to monitor the situation and will be keeping this policy under constant review as the situation evolves.
