Throughout the year we may have minimum stay requirements (peak periods) or seasonal specials (off-peak periods).
If any amendments by the Fiji Government to VAT and/or STT (or any new taxes) during your booking and stay period, Oarsman’s Bay Lodge reserves the right to re-issue the rates inclusive with official government policy to reflect such price changes.
All rates are subject to Fiji’s currency exchange rate.
Compulsory Meal Plan
Please note our meal plan includes hot and continental Fiji buffet breakfast, lunch and three course set dinner menu with local seafood focus. The meal plan fee is FJD $119 per day per adult. All other beverages and snacks can be purchased at the Bar. Our menus vary day to day, season to season and often depends on what is growing in the garden, delivered by the supply boat or caught by our local fishermen. For further information and notification of any dietary requirements that our fully trained Fijian chefs can plan for your needs, please contact us in advance.
Booking Policy
Upon confirmation: 50% of payment is collected from the total accommodation. 30 days pre arrival: the 50% balance of the total accommodation is collected. Please note that we do not accept cash payments on the island. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX (3% credit card Bank fee applies)

Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Oarsman’s Bay Lodge has the right to cancel or amend any booking subject to sea weather conditions and for safety reasons in the interest of our guests.
Rate Terms & Conditions
Our Compulsory Meal Plan is additional to the Room Rate. Rates are quoted in Fijian Dollars. Rates are inclusive of VAT (15%) as specified above. All Rates incur a 3% Bank Administration fee on all card transactions. Rates are per room per night.
Liability
We encourage and recommend all our guests to have travel insurance prior to their journey. Oarsman’s Bay Lodge will not be responsible for any property loss or damage and/or any claims resulting from personal injury or death arising whilst travelling to, staying and travelling from Oarsman’s Bay Lodge. This disclaimer applies irrespective of the cause.
All travel to Oarsman’s Bay Lodge is weather dependent. Oarsman’s Bay Lodge, is not responsible for any missed travel connections as a result of delayed transport services.
Oarsman’s Bay Lodge is not responsible for any other third-party agents (retail, wholesale and online travel agents) in bookings and transfers to and from Oarsman’s Bay Lodge.
All cancellations request must be received in writing by Oarsman’s Bay Lodge reservations team on bookings@oarsmansbaylodgefiji.com
Cancellation outside 30 days prior to a guest’s arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Within 29 days of arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
PEAK DATES: 100% cancellation fee will apply at any time after booking on the following dates: 18 December to 3 Jan 2024.
